MEET THE FOUNDER
From the floor to an international hospitality brand.
Aisling Melaugh founded AMP in 2018, after more than 10 years of hands-on experience in shot sales and hospitality.
Ash's journey began in Ibiza in 2008, where she developed a genuine love for working with the public and creating unforgettable energy within venues.
When she returned to Ireland ten years later, she immediately recognised a gap in the market. With no other dedicated shot-selling agencies operating in Ireland at the time, Ash decided to create one herself, establishing AMP as the first dedicated agency of its kind in Ireland.
Since then, Ash has grown AMP into new venues, regions and international markets. She remains closely involved in the business, from developing venue partnerships to shaping the training and standards behind every AMP team.
What began with Ash selling shots on the floor has grown into a thriving company built around confident teams, memorable guest experience and increased revenue for hospitability venues.
